Chris Jerrett
Chris JerrettPhysiotherapist
Chris graduated from Guy’s Hospital and throughout his career has worked in various hospitals to gain experience. He established a private practice in the West Midlands in 1994 where he worked until 2001 when as a family they moved to Scotland.

Initially, he worked as Physiotherapy Manager in a private hospital, but realised that opening another practice was the right thing to do and so Physio To Go (Scotland) was opened in 2004.
The clinic expanded and in 2010 moved to new premises to provide more space and better access. It was at this point the clinic was renamed The Physio Stop.

Chris has worked extensively with athletes at all levels, including elite athletes and he has travelled widely with UK Athletics and Team GB to cover events such as European Championships, Grand Prix events and the Manchester Commonwealth Games.
Prior to lockdown, he worked with Scottish Athletics teams at indoor and outdoor events. Since then he has stepped down from this role and is acting as advisor as and when needed.

Outside work, Chris is an avid climber and has enjoyed many major climbs with his son; Ben Nevis, Aonach Eagach, Cuillin Ridge and the French Alps to name but a few. He also enjoys curling, motorcycling and amateur dramatics

Sandra Jerrett
Sandra JerrettPractice Manager
Although Sandra is a qualified Physiotherapist, she has now decided not to renew her registration. This means she will no longer be treating clients and has taken on the role of practice manager to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and that all our clients and staff are kept safe during the current pandemic.

Sandra graduated in 1982 from Sheffield School of Physiotherapy.
After qualifying, she worked in Canada for 4 years as Physiotherapy Manager in two small Community Hospitals and then returned to England where she worked in the West Midlands prior to becoming Physiotherapy Manager at a BUPA hospital, where she met Chris.

Over the years she has worked for the NHS and also with Chris in their clinic. When the clinic relocated to Lockerbie her intention was to continue working part time, however the restrictions imposed by Covid meant a re-think and Sandra is now concentrating on practice manager role to ensure the safety of clients and the smooth running of the clinic.

Outside work, Sandra is involved in amateur dramatics at their local theatre and enjoys family time.

Some of our long-standing clients will remember that we used to be called Physio To Go, the name originated from the first private practice in the West Midlands when we had a mobile clinic.
